How to Hire IT & Telecom Talent That Delivers From Day One
The gap between the engineers networks need and the engineers available is widening. Here is a field-tested playbook for hiring IT and telecom talent that is productive from Day 1 — not month three.

Networks are getting more complex — 5G standalone cores, Open RAN disaggregation, telco-cloud, AI-driven automation — while the pool of engineers who can actually operate them is getting shallower. Job postings sit open for months. Résumés arrive by the hundred, but genuine role fits arrive by the handful.
